Blue Bells III - Flower Oil Painting

These blue bells are from Julia's garden.  Using a palette knife again, as in the other painting of this series, Julia swirled smooth, bold stokes of paint to create a textured effect.  The deep blue and purple hues of the flower come alive with the heavy palette knife  technique, and touches of bright yellow-orange  contrast to bring this painting to life!
